Salespanel integrates with Slack using Zapier. Get alerts about leads in your workplace messaging app and share information with your team.

To start, visit Plugins & Integrations > Integrations section on your Salespanel dashboard and select Slack. You can also directly visit this link to continue.

You will be prompted to Log In. If you don’t have a Zapier account, please sign up. After sign up/log in, you will see this page:

Click on Accept Invite & Build a Zap.

You will have three trigger options:

Contact Qualified for a Feed: This will trigger when a contact is added to the Feed you select.
Contact Created: This will trigger when any contact is created when your Salespanel account.
Visiting Company Identified: This will trigger when an anonymously visiting company is identified.

Select the trigger of your choice and click Save+Continue.

In the next step, you will be asked to connect your Salespanel account to your Zapier account. To do so, copy the API token from here and paste it in the Zapier window and click Yes, Continue.

Note: For security reasons, your team members do not have access to this API token.

You can then test the Zap and click Continue. Next, you will be prompted to add an Action Step which will be connecting to your Slack account.

Search for Slack from the search bar and select it.

When a lead or visiting company is captured, you can choose to send a direct message to you or someone in your team or send a message in a group channel. Choose the action trigger you want and complete the setup.
